To be eligible for this very competitive rate, applicants must:

be employed for at least the last 3 years
be a homeowner for at least 3 years (we verify this with a Land Registry check)
have no adverse credit (for example CCJs or payment defaults) in the last 36 months
be up to date on any current borrowing with us
have the disposable income available to meet loan repayments
not have currently have an existing loan with us
