Our website allows registered members access to their account details and a range of account functions, including checking account balances online and applying for a loan. We also have a Frequently Asked Questions page for both savings and loans which may answer your queries. If not, there are a number of ways you can contact us:

If you want to become a member and start saving with us you can do so apply to join us online.  

Apply for a Loan Online

If you are an existing member and want to apply for a loan, you can apply online.

You can email us at ccu@cardiffcu.com with general queries, and we aim to respond within 24 hours on a working day.  If you have a specific query regarding your account that you want to email us about, we may need to call you to verify your identity, so please leave a contact telephone number in your email.

You can visit our branches during the opening hours below, To help us manage volumes of visitors to the branches, we ask that wherever possible members contact us in advance to make an appointment to visit either office:

Making a Complaint 

We value feedback from our members, and if something goes wrong, we want you to tell us about it so we can put things right and continually improve our service to our members.  If you want to make a complaint you can get in touch with us in any of the ways listed above, and we'll investigate the problem.

If you don't feel that we have dealt with your complaint to your satisfaction, then you can request the Financial Ombudsman to look into your complaint (provided that you have given us the opportunity to resolve the matter with you directly first). We hope that you will not need to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service, but if you do, their contact details are:
