We have been informed by our membership/payment card provider, Allpay, that a small percentage of our customers may have experienced difficulties making payments via their automated telephone payments service. Some customers may have been informed incorrectly that their payment was unsuccessful, resulting in them making duplicate payments.
If you have been affected and have inadvertently made a duplicate payment, please contact Client Care on 0844 557 8320 and they will arrange for an appropriate refund to be made.
Allpay believe the situation has now been rectified but are continuously monitoring it. Posted: Wednesday, 29 August 2012 |
