To make it easier for new customers to join Cardiff Credit Union we have enlisted the services of an Online Anti-Money Laundering Verification System.
We do not ask for ID documents when you join as we will verify your identity through CallML, a pioneering online Anti Money Laundering verification product. CallML interrogates a wide range of independent data souces to enable users to verify a person's identity instantly.
CallML is acceptable to the Joint Money Laundering Steering Group and compliant with regulations.
All of which means joining Cardiff Credit Union couldn't be simpler!
In the unlikely event that we cannot verify your identity using this system we would contact you for documentary evidence to prove your identity and address.
